AFI 100 HEROES AND VILLIANS

Here is a video featuring Christopher Reeve from the AFI 100 Heroes and Villains 3-hour TV special. Superman is the 26th greatest movie hero (according to AFI, not to me of course!), and Chris talks about what he shares with the character. Here is the Nuveen Investments television commerical that aired during the 2000 U.S. Superbowl. This statement was issued by Christopher Reeve about the commercial: "The Nuveen commercial is a motivating vision of something that can actually happen. Most scientists agree that with enough money and talent focused on spinal cord repair, the goal of walking within the foreseeable future is a very real possibility. I was pleased to be involved in this spot because the message is that all of us must give back to society and leave our mark in some unique way."
